We ship to

The opportunity

The premium players
are on console

A multi-platform launch is where premium revenue lives — but getting there in-house is a different kind of project from making your game.

01

Audience

A huge share of premium players buy on PlayStation, Xbox and Switch — platforms your title may not be on yet.

02

Complexity

Three platforms, three SDKs, three certification pipelines — each with its own technical rules.

03

Risk

Porting in-house pulls your best engineers off your next game for months.

We turn that into a fixed-fee, fully-managed deliverable — so your team keeps building while we get you onto every console.

What we do

Full-service porting,
end to end

Hand us a Unity or Unreal project and we take it all the way to a certified console release — engineering, performance, compliance and QA, handled in-house.

Engineering & Port

Bring your Unity or Unreal project to console: input, UI, platform APIs, save & store integration.

Performance Optimization

Hit and hold target framerate and memory budgets on each platform — Switch included.

Certification & Submission

We manage the full first-party submission process on Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo.

Multiplayer, Physics & AI

Complex systems handled in-house: realtime multiplayer, physics and AI.

QA on Hardware

Testing on real devkits against each platform's technical requirements.

Post-launch & Live-ops

Patches, SDK updates, DLC and adaptation to new consoles after release.

How it works

From source code to submission

We adapt a game to the three main consoles in 3 to 6 months. Timing depends on the game's features, the quality of the code and developer support — a precise estimate follows once we study the project.

  1. You deliver the Unity or Unreal project (source code) to Fantastico Studio.

  2. We study the project, identify the changes to be made, and give a time estimate.

  3. The necessary changes are made — by your team or by Fantastico Studio.

  4. Console adaptation: input, UI, platform APIs, store & save integration, optimization.

  5. QA on real hardware against each platform's technical requirements.

  6. The game is certified and ready for submission on every target platform.

Track record

We don't just pitch porting.
We're trusted with it.

Placid Plastic Duck Simulator

Turbolento Games entrusted us with the console ports of Placid Plastic Duck Simulator, one of the most successful titles in its space. Recognizing our technical work, that relationship grew into a full co-production on a new IP — Placid Plastic Deck: A Quiet Quest (Steam, February 2026).

Questions, answered

Console porting FAQ

The questions studios and publishers ask us most before bringing a game to console.

Which console platforms do you port games to?

We port games to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. As an accredited developer for Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo — and for Steam and Apple — we can also bring your title to PC and mobile.

Which game engines do you work with?

We are Unity and Unreal Engine specialists. Hand us a Unity or Unreal project and we take it all the way to a certified console release.

How long does a console port take?

We typically adapt a game to the three main consoles in 3 to 6 months. The exact timing depends on the game's features, the quality of the source code and developer support — we give a precise estimate once we have studied the project.

How much does a console port cost?

We work on a fixed fee with no revenue share: the number you approve up front is the number you pay. Pricing starts with a port assessment — send us one title and we return a clear plan with per-platform targets, risks and a quote.

Do you handle platform certification and submission?

Yes. We manage the full first-party submission process on Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo in-house, and we test on real devkits against each platform's technical requirements so your game reaches certification.

What do you need from us to get started?

Just the Unity or Unreal project (source code) for one title. We study the project, identify the changes required and return a time estimate and a fixed-fee quote before any work begins.

Can you hit performance targets on Nintendo Switch?

Yes. Performance optimization is core to what we do — we hit and hold target framerate and memory budgets on every platform, Switch included.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. We handle post-launch and live-ops: patches, SDK updates, DLC and adaptation to new consoles after release.
